Being ethical is at the core of all that we do
Maintaining our company’s reputation for high ethical standards is vital. At Trescom we believe that everyone has a role to play in maintaining and building upon this reputation. Business ethics is at the very heart of the business and the way we do business. How we effectively deliver our values of credibility, integrity, reliability and innovation has always been a major component of our business development thinking.
We regularly support local and national charities. Every year we let a member of our team choose 2 charities to donate to. To date we have supported numerous charities and we will continue to do so.
We support environmental initiatives. In 2001 we chose the tree as our company symbol as our commitment to green issues. The Trescom tree has remained with us since.
We buy fair trade goods and support the fair trade movement. We use recycled paper and always try to keep paper use to a minimum. As much as possible we are a paper-free company.
We are very aware of the damage that has been done to the environment. As such we try our best to be responsible to the environment. We support new initiatives such as searching for new energy sources and campaigns against environmental damage such as landfills.
Being a value led social business we are socially minded and ethically aware. Being ethical is at the core of all that we have done and all that we want to do in the future.
