We have worked closely with the NHS to create its groundbreaking Organisational Diversity Audit model which aimed to identify strengths, potential support needs and the opportunity of further organisational development on diversity and equality. This Audit is still being used by the NHS today.
These Diversity Audits include bespoke action plans for our clients to use and clients who have used our diversity audits include the Learning and Skills Council West Yorkshire; Burley Lodge Centre; Cardigan Centre and BARCA; the Bradford B-Equal; and the Job Centre Plus.
